Our recycling process begins with the careful collection and inspection of TBR tyres. Using advanced machinery, we shred, segregate, and extract key components like rubber and radial wire.
TBR tires are processed using ambient grinding process into crumb rubber, micronized rubber powder, radial wires, steel shots and bead wire. Every step is designed for high efficiency, quality output, and zero environmental impact, which ensures reliability and sustainability.
