Our Products

AP Rubber Group is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Micronized Rubber Powder, Crumb Rubber, Steel Shots, Radial Wire, and Bead Wire, supplying premium recycled rubber products to domestic and international industries. Every product is manufactured from carefully selected Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) End-of-Life Tyres (ELTs) using advanced ambient grinding technology for consistent particle size and reliable performance.

Our Micronized Rubber Powder and Crumb Rubber are widely used in tyre manufacturing and tread rubber, conveyor belts, friction materials, rubber compounding, moulded rubber products, and rubber modified bitumen. Engineered to stringent quality standards, they help manufacturers improve performance and reduce production costs across these applications.

We also recover high-purity Steel Shots, Radial Wire, and Bead Wire through an efficient recycling process that maximizes resource utilization and minimizes environmental impact, with every batch passing strict quality control for consistent, compliant performance.

AP Rubber Group is committed to sustainable rubber recycling that supports the circular economy. With dependable manufacturing and supply, we remain a trusted partner for industries seeking high-quality recycled rubber raw materials worldwide.

AP Rubber Group’s crumb rubber is produced from End-of-Life Tyres using advanced recycling technology, resulting in high-quality powder with consistent size and performance. Available in 10, 30, 40, 50 and 60 mesh sizes — roughly 2 mm granules down to 250 micron — it is engineered for diverse applications, including roads, rubber mats & tiles, tyres, conveyor belts, and a wide range of industrial and retail products. As trusted crumb rubber suppliers, we focus on 0% waste and maximum reusability, ensuring our products deliver durability, cost-efficiency, and support businesses in adopting sustainable, eco-friendly solutions.

Micronized rubber powder is AP Rubber Group’s ultra-fine recycled rubber powder, milled to uniform particle sizes of 180, 150, 125, 105 and 90 microns — classified on 80, 100, 120, 140 and 170 mesh sieves respectively. It is ideal for rubber compounding, coatings, moulded products, conveyor belts, new tyres, and adhesives. This high-performance recycled rubber powder delivers enhanced flexibility, durability, cost-efficiency and improves compound properties. As a sustainable, eco-friendly solution, Micronized Rubber Powder helps manufacturers reduce material costs while meeting both performance and environmental compliance standards.

AP Rubber Group's bead wire with more than 98.5% purity is extracted from end-of-life tyres and carefully processed to meet the demands of diverse industrial applications. Known for its strength, flexibility, and durability, our recycled beadwire serves as a reliable raw material for manufacturing steel products, welding rods, cut wire shots, and other industrial uses. By transforming tyre-derived beadwire into high-quality resources, AP Rubber Group reduces waste, supports sustainable production, and advances the circular economy with eco-friendly solutions.

Our steel shots are precision-processed from tyre-derived beadwire, refined to ensure uniform size, hardness, and durability. Ideal for surface cleaning, shot blasting, and metal treatment, AP Rubber Group’s recycled steel shots deliver reliable performance in heavy-duty industrial environments. These eco-friendly steel abrasives lower costs, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to building a cleaner, circular economy.

Extracted from recycled tyres using advanced mechanical separation, AP Rubber Group’s radial steel wires are thoroughly cleaned, processed, and sorted for consistency. These recycled steel wires are primarily used in foundries for producing usable ingots and in various remelted steel applications. By repurposing steel from end-of-life tyres, AP Rubber Group reduces raw material dependency, supports sustainable manufacturing, and ensures a steady supply of highquality industrial steel wire for commercial and industrial use.
