From End-of-Life Tyres to

Premium Industrial Materials

At AP Rubber Group, our tyre recycling process turns Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) End-of-Life Tyres (ELTs) into Micronized Rubber Powder, Crumb Rubber, Steel Shots, Radial Wire, and Bead Wire using advanced ambient grinding technology. Every stage is controlled for consistent quality, efficient material recovery, and sustainable manufacturing.

From tyre collection and shredding to precision grinding, steel separation, and quality inspection, each step runs under stringent quality standards, so our recycled rubber performs reliably in tyre, tread rubber, conveyor belt, friction material, rubber compounding, and infrastructure applications.

Converting waste tyres into valuable industrial raw materials lets us support a circular economy while delivering sustainable, high-performance solutions to customers across India and global markets, backed by our quality certifications.

Advanced Ambient Grinding Technology

Sustainable Tyre Recycling Solutions

Ambient grinding shreds and grinds tyres at room temperature, so the rubber keeps the rough, high-surface-area particle shape that bonds well in compounds. Steel and fibre are separated magnetically along the way and recovered for reuse.
