Inside AP Rubber Group
How End-of-Life Tyres become industrial raw materials — our products, the industries we supply, and what mechanical recycling across India and Oman actually recovers.

High Strength | Superior Purity | Sustainable Performance
Premium radial wire recovered from Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) End-of-Life Tyres by advanced mechanical separation — high tensile strength, superior purity, and consistent quality for foundry and steel applications.
Radial wire is the steel cord that reinforces the belt and carcass of a radial tyre. AP Rubber Group recovers it from Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) End-of-Life Tyres (ELTs) using advanced mechanical separation and recycling technology, then cleans it free of rubber residue and impurities. The heavier bundle that seats the tyre on its rim is recovered separately as bead wire.
Processed under stringent quality standards, it offers high tensile strength, superior purity and consistent quality — which is why it is specified in foundries, steel manufacturing, metal recycling, remelted steel production, ingot manufacturing and other industrial steel applications. Every batch undergoes rigorous quality control before release.
Recovering valuable steel from end-of-life tyres reduces dependence on virgin steel, improves resource efficiency, and supports environmentally responsible manufacturing while contributing to a circular economy.
Where recovered radial wire earns its place in an industrial process.
End-of-life tyres
TBR casings are received, inspected and sorted for processing.
Shredding
Casings are reduced to chip, exposing the belt and carcass cord.
Mechanical separation
Advanced mechanical and magnetic stages pull the steel cord clear.
Cleaning
Wire is cleaned of rubber residue and impurities.
Sorting
Material is sorted and baled for consistency in the customer's furnace.
Quality check
Each batch passes rigorous quality control before release.

Radial wire is the high-tensile steel cord that reinforces the belt and carcass of a radial tyre. AP Rubber Group separates it from Truck & Bus Radial end-of-life tyres mechanically, then cleans it free of rubber residue for reuse as an industrial steel raw material.
Both are recovered tyre steel, but from different parts of the casing. Bead wire is the heavier bundle that seats the tyre on the rim; radial wire is the finer cord running through the belt and carcass. Bead wire is the usual feedstock for cut wire shots, while radial wire is more often remelted in foundries.

Yes. Mechanical separation and cleaning stages remove rubber residue and impurities before the material is sorted and baled, so it charges cleanly into a furnace.
Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) End-of-Life Tyres only, which carry more steel cord per casing than passenger car tyres.
Yes. Send your intended application, required form and volume, and the team will come back with pricing and material where a sample is useful.
