Inside AP Rubber Group
How End-of-Life Tyres become industrial raw materials — our products, the industries we supply, and what mechanical recycling across India and Oman actually recovers.

High Strength | High Purity | Reliable Performance
Premium bead wire recovered from Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) End-of-Life Tyres by magnetic separation — high tensile strength, high purity, and a reliable raw material for steel and industrial manufacturing.
Bead wire is the high-tensile steel that anchors a tyre to its rim. AP Rubber Group recovers it from Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) End-of-Life Tyres (ELTs) using advanced tyre recycling and magnetic separation technology, then cleans and refines it until it is fit to go straight back into steel and industrial manufacturing.
Engineered for high tensile strength, superior purity and consistent quality, it is widely specified in steel manufacturing, steel recycling, cut wire shots, welding electrodes and welding wire, foundries, metal casting, construction, and as the feedstock for our own recycled steel shots. Every batch passes stringent quality control before release.
Turning recovered tyre steel into industrial feedstock reduces dependence on virgin steel, improves resource efficiency, and supports environmentally responsible manufacturing through a genuine circular economy.
Where recycled bead wire is specified, and what it is doing there.
End-of-life tyres
TBR casings are received, inspected and sorted for processing.
Shredding
Casings are reduced to chip, freeing the bead bundle from the rubber.
Magnetic separation
Magnets lift the steel fraction clear of the rubber and textile.
Cleaning and refining
Recovered wire is cleaned of residual rubber and refined for purity.
Grading
Material is sorted and baled to the form the customer's process needs.
Quality check
Each batch is inspected for purity and consistency before release.

Bead wire is the high-tensile steel wire that holds a tyre onto its rim. AP Rubber Group recovers it from Truck & Bus Radial end-of-life tyres using magnetic separation, then cleans and refines it for reuse as an industrial steel raw material.
Bead wire supplied by AP Rubber Group is more than 98.5% pure steel. Magnetic and mechanical separation stages remove rubber and textile residue, and every batch is checked before release.
Steel manufacturing and recycling, cut wire shots, welding electrodes and welding wire, foundries and metal casting, construction and infrastructure, and as the base raw material for steel shots production.
Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) End-of-Life Tyres only. TBR casings carry heavier, higher-grade bead bundles than passenger car tyres, which is what makes the recovered wire worth specifying.
It delivers the tensile strength and consistency the application needs at a lower cost and a materially lower embodied carbon figure, because the steel is recovered rather than mined and smelted from ore.
